I’m gonna use this as my presentation for school I love the quote
I don’t know who she is, and haven’t been able to find out online. I’ve also seen this quote (or some version of it) cited as an African proverb, so Bette Reese may have been paraphrasing from that.
Would you please tell me who Bette Reese is? I am wondering about the origin of the quote about being in bed with a mosquito.
